| beginnings of the rangoon racquet club
David Le Duc was in the film and music industry until 1990. Claudia Le Duc was a interpreter and gave that up at the same time. Both had this concept of creating a really nice up-market dining room and thus they created the rangoon racquet club restaurant that soon became an institution amongst both professional business people and those who were in the entertainment industry. In the year 2000, they decided to produce a range of premium easy to use authentic curry sauces, which were developed in the kitchens of the rangoon racquet club by the restaurant's master chefs and David. These sauces are based upon the aromatic dishes of Northern India around the lucknow region, where in past years rich merchants passed through from Persia and other places from afar, and brought with them many recipes. These recipes are the basis of these delicious sauces. We also export and are looking to manufacture in Europe. the rangoon racquet club restaurant was an original concept designed by David and Claudia Le Duc.
